Cornerstone Business Meeting

Feb 8, 2026    Pastor Jonathan Bennett

On Sunday, February 8, 2026, we introduced Vision 2026 to our church family. We are excited to see how God will use this vision to shape our community, strengthen our congregation, and show forth our collective commitment to the cross of Christ.

For Those Unable to Attend

If you were unable to join us in person, a video summary of the presentation is available above and provides an overview of the vision and next steps. Additionally, the document titled “Vision 2026,” which was distributed during Sunday’s meeting, is attached for your review.

For Those Ready to Take Next Steps

After watching the video, reviewing the materials, and spending time in prayer, we invite you to prayerfully join us in advancing this vision. A link is provided at the bottom of this page where you may indicate your next steps .

Giving Commitment Guidelines

Please review the following reminders before submitting a giving commitment:

1. You may choose to support one or multiple projects.

2, All Vision 2026 giving is above and beyond your regular giving.

3. Names submitted will be seen only by the deacons and the church clerk; pastors will not have access to individual donor names.

4. We ask that families pray together before submitting a commitment.

5. Commitment submissions will be accepted throughout the month of February.

6. Once we have determined which projects have received proper funding, you will be notified to begin giving.

7. All donations should be designated under the Vision 2026 category.

Deacon Commitment Guidelines

Please review the following reminders before submitting deacon nomination:

1. Deacon nominations should be submitted only after reviewing the Deacon Handbook.

2. This process should be approached prayerfully, as these individuals may become our next spiritual leaders.

3. Once nominations are received and compiled, leadership conversations will begin.

4. Selected candidates will serve alongside current deacons until the mid-year business meeting. If they remain in good standing and desire to continue, they will be presented to the church at that time.
