Food and everyday essentials
Depending on donations, items may include produce, meat, eggs, milk, bread, canned goods, diapers, wipes, baby food, menstrual and incontinence products, paper goods, and hygiene items. Selection varies; specific items cannot be guaranteed.

Distribution Days and Hours
On-campus shopping: every third Saturday, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Delivery: first and third Friday, by prior arrangement for qualifying neighbors.

We are a donation-based ministry. Available items vary, and specific items cannot be guaranteed. Service is available on scheduled shopping and delivery dates.
Shopping Experience Process
Park near Shepherd’s Hall at the rear of campus and follow the directional signs. Secure your vehicle and belongings. Camping and overnight parking are not permitted.

Please do not form a line before 10:00 AM. Registration, the building, and restrooms open at 10:50 AM. Dress for the weather; the line begins outside. Soft chairs are welcome, but no metal chairs.

Registered guests are served first. Walk-ins are welcome as food and space allow. No ID or other documentation is needed for on-campus shopping.

Keep children with you throughout the visit. Playgrounds and basketball courts are not available to pantry guests.

A family guide will help you shop. Follow household item limits and plan for about eight minutes of shopping so we can serve as many families as possible.

No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, weapons, profanity, loud music, food, or drinks. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted beyond registration.

By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Services may be discontinued for safety concerns or failure to follow pantry rules.

Everyone who registers is welcome. You do not need to be a church member or live in Chesterfield.

WHEN & WHERE
Third Saturday each month, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM. Shepherd’s Hall at the rear of campus, 6100 Cornerstone Blvd., North Chesterfield, VA 23234.

NO ID REQUIRED
No identification or other documentation is needed for on-campus shopping. Your registration information is verified at check-in.

HOUSEHOLD GUIDELINES
One person per household may shop or receive services each month. You must be present to shop; you cannot shop for someone who is absent.

PRE-REGISTRATION & WALK-INS
Pre-registration closes on the third Wednesday of each month. Pre-registered guests are served first. Walk-ins register on site and are served as food and space allow.

Home delivery
WHO CAN RECEIVE DELIVERY
Individuals who are unable to join us on the 3rd Saturday of the month due to disability or transportation barriers.

WHEN
First and third Fridays, by prior arrangement.

SERVICE AREA
You must live within three miles of Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6100 Cornerstone Blvd., North Chesterfield, VA 23234.

HOUSEHOLD LIMIT
One delivery per household per month.

REGISTRATION
Complete the delivery registration form.
Submitting a form does not confirm delivery. The pantry team must confirm eligibility, availability, and scheduling. Check your email after applying.

OUTSIDE THE DELIVERY AREA?
On-campus shopping is open to everyone who registers, with walk-ins served as availability allows.
Frequently Asked Questions
DO I NEED ID FOR ON-CAMPUS SHOPPING?
No. Register in advance or on site as a walk-in. No ID or other documentation is required for on-campus shopping. Delivery has separate eligibility requirements.

CAN I COME IF I MISSED PRE-REGISTRATION?
Yes. Walk-ins register on site during the scheduled shopping day. Pre-registered guests are served first; walk-ins receive service as food and space allow.

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN CHESTERFIELD?
No residency restriction applies to on-campus shopping. Delivery is limited to qualifying neighbors within three miles of the church.

CAN I SHOP FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT THERE?
No. The person shopping must be physically present. One person per household may shop or receive services each month.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY CHILDREN?
No, but they are welcome to come. Please keep them with you and supervise them throughout the visit. Volunteers cannot provide childcare. Dress for the weather; the line begins outdoors and restrooms open at 10:50 AM.

DO YOU GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ITEMS?
No. We rely on donations, and available food and basic necessities vary with each distribution.

CAN I COME ON ANOTHER DAY?
Pantry services are available only on scheduled shopping and delivery dates.

DOES SUBMITTING A DELIVERY FORM CONFIRM DELIVERY?
No. The pantry team must confirm eligibility, availability, and scheduling. Check your email after applying.

You can bring perishable and non-perishable items to the church Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, or before/after Wednesday and Sunday services. There is a bin in the main entrance foyer.

Cornerstone Baptist Church is a 501c3 and donations are tax-deductible. Donation receipts are available upon request.
